Return Policy
All sales are final. STUDIOOSS cannot offer returns or exchanges on orders. If you have any questions, please reach out to us before placing your order. We are happy to help!
Shipping Terms
Our products generally ship 2-4 business days after you place your order. Any made-to-order or custom framed products will generally ship within 4-6 weeks. Note delivery time is calculated from when your package leaves our studio, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. STUDIOOSS does not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Please note: For all international orders outside the United States, international packages may be subject to additional customs, import duties, or other fees. International orders may also be subject to delay as your order passes through customs. Any customs, duties, and fees are charged once a parcel reaches its destination country. We regret that STUDIOOSS is unable to offer guidance on duties or taxes, and we do not have control over these fees. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. STUDIOOSS is not responsible for any customs, duty charges, or other fees.
Privacy Policy
STUDIOOSS will not give out or sell your information to anyone. We will also never send you an email unless it is directly related to your purchase, or you have opted to subscribe to our newsletter.
Squarespace STUDIOOSS.com is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. Third-Party Services In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. Once you leave our shop’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service. Other than our third-party payment gateways, the only third parties that we contract with are our shipping companies. They have limited access to your personal information and may not use it for purposes other than delivery.

Please be aware that OSS Editions and other STUDIOOSS products are hand-crafted, not factory manufactured, and variations in color, size, finishing, and other details will occur across objects. We hope you appreciate the distinguishing marks and quirks of each STUDIOOSS product. We have made every effort to display and describe as accurately as possible the images of our products that appear in our shop, but we cannot guarantee that what you receive will match exactly what you see.
